  • Renter must be at least 21 years of age. Email or text a copy of renter’s photo ID to Info@1702Events.com or 251-257-6366 within 48 hours of booking.

  • payment is due in Full at the time of booking.

  • Set up and clean up time is included in the reserved time. Exceeded reservation time and/or if light cleanup is not performed per the cleanup instructions (if the cleanup fee was not included in the purchased time package), renter is subject to a $150 fee. chairs and bar stools must be in their original place at time of leaving.

  • if the event ends earlier than expected, unused reserved time is non-refundable. If cleanup is purchased, the cleaning fee is non-refundable if renter decides to perform light cleanup at the conclusion of the event.

  • Full refund will be issued if event is cancelled 3+ weeks in advance. half refund if cancelled 2+ weeks in advance. No refund if cancelled 1+ week or less in advance.

  • No Smoking, vaping, chewing tobacco, illegal drug use or weapons of any kind allowed anywhere in or on the premises.  Violations will result in a $250 fee.

  • No nails, screws, penetrating items, tape, glue or gummed material used on walls or wall decor. No hanging of decorations from the ceiling. No use of glitter, confetti, colored powder, water fountain features, smoke or fog machines inside of the space or anywhere outside on the property, 

  • Renter is responsible for any sustained furniture damage and/or wall damage and/or missing items belonging to 1702 Events.

  • Security cameras are in use.

  • No open flames or cooking other than tray warmers and/or microwave.

  • no liquor license is required if alcohol is provided to guests at no charge. no one under the age of 21 is allowed to consume alcohol.

  • to have a cash bar or charge a door cover if alcohol is being served a valid liquor license is required to be held by the caterer. no one under the age of 21 is allowed to consume alcohol.

  • Events with 60 or more guests that begin 6:00pm or later, or extend past 7:00pm from an earlier start time, the renter is to provide a certified security officer starting no later than 6:00pm.

  • 1702 Events reserves the right to cancel a reservation with full refund at 1702 Events discretion, or cease an event in progress with no refund at its sole discretion if 1702 policies are not being adhered to.

  • 1702 Events reserves the right of refusal to rent to any individual, group or organization at its discretion.

  • rental time for Photography sessions shall not consist of nudity or pornographic content

  • Renter agrees to comply with all applicable laws & ordinances & shall conduct no illegal acts on the premises.

  • Waiver and Release of Liability: Renter agrees to indemnify, defend and hold 1702 Events, LLC, its Landlord, leasee, building owner(s), engineer, officers, employees, and agents harmless of and from any liabilities, damages, injuries, death, costs, penalties, or expenses arising out of and/or resulting from the rental and use of the premises, including but not limited to the personal guarantee of provision, service, and dispensing of payment by client, its employees, and agents of alcoholic beverages at 1702 Events, LLC.  Attorney fees: In the event 1702 Events, LLC retains the services of an attorney to represent its interests in regard to the lease or to bring an action for the recovery of damages or other charges, the Renter agrees to pay a reasonable attorney fee of not less than $500.00 or 20% of the sum sued for, whichever is greater, plus the cost of any legal action.
