Q: What hours of the day can events be held?
A: events can be scheduled to start as early as 7:00am and end as late as 9:00pm.
q: what are your rates?

q: what is your calendar availability and can a tour be scheduled prior to booking?
a: Yes! Reach out to us at info@1702events.com, call or text us at 251-257-6366 or complete our website contact form to check calendar availability and/or to schedule a tour
q: does 1702 events offer catering or party decorations?
a: renters supply their own food, beverages and decorations, or choose their favorite vendors
Q: How do we watch or listen to our favorite music or apps on the smart television?
A: simply log into your favorite app on the television or bring your blue tooth device for music using our guest wifi for music. EXTREMELY LOUD SOUND LEVELS ARE NOT PERMITTED.
q: ARe DJ’S ALLOWED?
a: DJ’s are not allowed unfortunately as We share the building with residential lofts.
q: what if i need to cancel my event?
a: you may cancel up to 3+ weeks prior to your scheduled event with a full refund or 2+ weeks prior for a half refund. No refund is issued if cancelled less than 2 weeks in advance.
q: Reserved time:
a: your reserved time includes your set up and cleanup time, which also includes early arrival by catering and/or bartending vendors.
q: clean up:
A: if you don’t include our cleaning fee, clean up consists of sweeping or vacuuming of floors, decorations removed, All Tables and bar area wiped down, trash bags tied and placed in the 1702 events trash canister outside the back door, RESTROOMS TIDIED, and all chairs/tables in their original positions. cleaning supplies are provided by 1702 events.
q: what if i prefer to not perform cleanup?
a: no problem! we will clean for you if you add the $150 cleaning fee to your rental package
q: can furniture be rearranged or removed?
a: food serving tables located in the front of the space can be rearranged to your desired liking by 1702 events prior to your event start time. bar stools and chairs can be rearranged as needed during your event. no other furniture can be moved, removed or rearranged.
q: Can alcohol be served?
a: YES! no liquor license or special event permit is required if you are providing alcohol at no charge to your guests. To have a cash bar or a door cover charge where alcohol is being served consult with your caterer or bartending service to ensure state liquor regulations are adhered to.
