q: does 1702 events offer catering or party decorations?

a: renters supply their own food, beverages and decorations, or choose their favorite vendors

Q: What are your daily hours of operation?

A: events can be scheduled between the hours of 8:00am & 9:00PM

q: what if i need to cancel my event?

a: you may cancel up to 3+ weeks prior to your scheduled event with a full refund or 2+ weeks prior for a half refund

q: set up and clean up?

a: your set up and light cleanup time is included in your total reservation time. Light Clean up consists of sweeping/vacuuming all visible floor debris, wipe down tables and bar, take all trash to the outside trash container, tidy up the restrooms (aka make sure toilets are flushed). All cleaning supplies provided by 1702 events.

q: what if i prefer to not perform light cleanup?

a: simply include the $150 cleaning fee charge when making your reservation

Q: How do we watch or listen to our favorite music or apps on the smart television?

A: simply log into your favorite app on the television or bring your blue tooth device using our guest wifi for music
