Q: What hours of the day can events be held?
A: events can be scheduled between the hours of 8:00am & 9:00PM
q: what are your rates?

q: what is your calendar availability and can a tour be scheduled prior to booking?
a: Reach out to us at info@1702events.com, call us at 251-257-6366 or complete our website contact form to check calendar availability and/or to schedule a tour
q: does 1702 events offer catering or party decorations?
a: renters supply their own food, beverages and decorations, or choose their favorite vendors
q: what if i need to cancel my event?
a: you may cancel up to 3+ weeks prior to your scheduled event with a full refund or 2+ weeks prior for a half refund
q: set up and clean up?
a: your set up and light cleanup time is included in your total reservation time. Light Clean up consists of sweeping/vacuuming all visible floor debris, wipe down tables and bar, take all trash to the outside trash container, tidy up the restrooms (aka make sure toilets are flushed), ensure all chairs and barstools are returned to where they belong. All cleaning supplies provided by 1702 events.
q: what if i prefer to not perform light cleanup?
a: we will clean for you and add our $150 cleaning fee to your rental package
q: Can alcohol be served?
a: YES! no liquor license or special event permit is required if you are providing alcohol at no charge to your guests. To have a cash bar or a door cover charge where alcohol is being served consult with your caterer or bartending service to ensure state liquor regulations are adhered to.
Q: How do we watch or listen to our favorite music or apps on the smart television?
A: simply log into your favorite app on the television or bring your blue tooth device for music using our guest wifi for music
